April was a great month! An incredibly busy month because there was a lot happening in the city, such as, ‘ the world pillow fight day ‘ on the Domplein and ‘Swan Market’ on Vredenburgplein. Of course King night and day with the Vrijmarkt and festivities on almost every squares in the city. But also loads of new spots opened up in April. Such as CROP on the Biltstraat, Sugarlips Cake on the Jansveld, Bar ‘t Spit on the Neude, ‘t koffieboontje on the Oudegracht and Vlaamsch Broodhuys on the twijnstraat. And much, much more, that I will visit as soon a I can. April was also jam-packed with fun appointments, meeting new people, collaborations and the #ExploreUtrechtMeetup at Goed Spul. The subject of the second Meet-Up was ‘Storytelling and Video’. The speakers were great and the attendees excited and hopefully inspired to start working on their first video. The Meet-Up was a success! I ended the month with a hunt for all Miffy statues of #Nijntjeartparade in Utrecht and a delicious lunch on the terrace of Loof, a new place on the Domplein. I am very curious about what May will bring us, hopefully at least a lot of sunny days.
